Email support@carddecoded.com. Include what you were doing and the approximate time. Never email card-upload links, API keys, passwords, or payment details.
Recognition problems
Keep the card flat, fill the frame, avoid glare over serial numbers and autographs, and upload the front and back of the same card. AI candidates remain marked until you confirm them.
Billing
Use Billing inside CardDecoded to view usage or open Stripe’s secure subscription portal. Contact us if an upgrade remains pending, you see an unknown charge, or you cannot cancel.
Privacy requests
We can help export, correct, or delete account data. Account deletion with an active subscription must also resolve the subscription so recurring billing is not left behind.
